2. 3 for 2 offer - Refunds and exchanges
Should you wish to return any items which have been purchased under this offer, then the following will apply:
Example - 3 items purchased at £20 each, one item free, making the order total £40. If an item is then returned from this order for an exchange/refund, the offer then becomes invalid and the free item will then need to be charged.
Should the free item be returned then no refund can be given and any exchange needs to be paid for.

Should you wish to return any items which have been purchased under this offer then the refund amount will be reflected by this offer i.e. if you purchase two tshirts (retail value £24) for £20 - and return one, the refund amount will be £8.

Prize draw
* For each friend you refer, you will get an entry into the prize draw. One friend = one entry; two friends = two entries and so forth.
* Friends that you refer need to be new customers to elliegray to qualifiy you for an entry to the prize draw.
* Promotion is open to all UK and Republic of Ireland residents aged 18 or over. elliegray employees and anyone professionally connected with the promotion are excluded.
* The winner of the prize draws will have their account credited with £500 (customer) or £200 (friend). The whole amount does not need to be redemed at once (e.g. if the winner spends £100 on their first purchase, their account will be credited with the remaining amount (£400 customer / £100 friend).
* No cash alternative.
