how to shop online
We have tried to make shopping online at elliegray as enjoyable and efficient as possible. There are a number of ways to browse and buy:

Select a brand from the options on the left hand side of the home page.

Select a department from the options on the left hand side of the home page.

Using Search
Simply type in the kind of item or the ?-digit code of the item you are looking for.
how to zoom
Where it is possible to zoom in on a product, zoom in will be listed alongside the other image views. Click
zoom in and this will open a window that allows you to zoom in on a product.
how to view other colours
To see any item in the other colours available, click on the colour name or swatch to the left of the grid found on each product page. The main picture will then be shown in your chosen colour.
how to check availability
You can check the availability of any item online using the stock availability grid found on each product page. If you have any queries, please call and speak to an elliegray Assistant on

We do everything we can to ensure availability of all items, however some things sell better than we expect, so we cannot guarantee to have every item in every size and colour in stock. In the event that something is out of stock, we will always let you know when we expect a delivery.
how to order
As you shop on the elliegray.com website, you can add items to your shopping bag. To reach your shopping basket click on the 'View shopping bag' button on the top of any page. If you change your mind, you can remove any item at any time from your shopping basket.
If you run out of time, your basket will be saved
- and if you use the same
computer, the contents of your basket will remain there until you either clear them
or complete your purchase, subject to stock availability. Items in your basket are not reserved; they will still show on our stock availability grid and could therefore be purchased by another customer. On returning to your basket, any items which have sold out will no longer appear and a message will be shown advising you that your basket contents may have changed due to stock availability.
