delivery

All orders will be despatched as soon as possible, subject to payment card authorisation and availability. If any item is not is stock, we will send it as soon as it comes in. Of course, you will only be charged once per order for delivery however many parcels we send you.

 

standard delivery

 

£3.95                                      UK delivery 3-5 working days** from despatch.

                                              For standard delivery, a signature should not be required. However, parcels
                                              which do not fit  through your letter box may be taken back to the postal depot
                                              for collection. 

                                              *All deliveries are made according to Royal Mail standard procedures.  

**Where items are not sent recorded delivery and your parcel goes missing then the following procedure is applied.

1.          Please allow up to 14  working days for delivery before emailing us at customerservices@elliegray.com or by telephoning us on +44 (0)870 608 0852.

2.          We will issue a Lost In Transit form that will be posted to you.

express delivery

 

Additional £5.00                                  UK delivery 48 Hour Express Service on orders placed Monday - Friday, before 8am the same day.
For express delivery, where a signature is required, orders cannot be sent to PO Box
addresses. Should you require clarification on what happens if no-one is available to receive the
goods when a signature is required, please contact the Royal Mail.

overseas orders


Additional £12.00                             We are happy to accept overseas orders. Please add £12 for a delivery quotation. 
                                                              Please note:local import duties may be payable on receipt. All orders on this site are

We want you to be delighted with everything you purchase from elliegray. You can return any item for any reason within 28 days of receipt, for a full refund or exchange - Please note that postage costs for returns are non-refundable    

 

how to return or exchange

·          Please ensure that all non-faulty items are unused and in a perfect, saleable condition, otherwise we regret we will be unable to offer a refund or exchange. This does not affect your  statutory rights.

·          Fill out the returns form enclosed with your order noting whether you would like an exchange or a refund.

·          Send the parcel to: elliegray Customer Services, 1 Apollo Rise, Southwood, Farnborough GU14 0GT

·          Take your parcel to your nearest post office. We recommend you send items by recorded post and always retain proof of postage. We cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.

·          We will write to confirm your return is being processed. You will receive your refund credit, cheque or exchange order (when in stock) 2-3 weeks after you have posted the goods back to us.

·          Please note that refunds for items bought as presents can only be given to the original customer and if you decide to exchange an item, we cannot prevent the customer from knowing.

 

legal statements on returns


If you return an item within 28 days, it will be taken as a cancellation of your order, or relevant part of your order.

 

Goods are provided to you on approval and legal title to the goods will not pass to you until the 28-day post-delivery period has expired. On receipt of the returned goods, elliegray will provide a full refund of the amount paid for the goods (postage costs however, are non-refundable) or an exchange credit as requested. However, you must return the goods to elliegray on cancellation in order to receive a full refund or exchange. When returning goods on which you have received a discount/offer, that discount/offer will no longer apply if you fall below the discount/offer threshold and the refund will be adjusted accordingly.
