Delivery times and Charges
Delivery
All orders will be despatched as soon as possible, subject to payment card authorisation and availability. If any of the items on an order
are not in stock, we will endeavour to send the items as soon as they become available. You will only be charged once per order for
delivery regardless of however many parcels we send you.
Standard Delivery
£3.95 Uk Delivery 2-3 working days** from despatch(Royal Mail first class mail*)
For standard delivery, a signature should not be required. However, parcelswhich do not fit through your letterbox may be taken back to the postal depot
for collection.
*All deliveries are made according to Royal Mail standard procedures.
**Where items are not sent recorded delivery and your parcel goes missing the following procedure is applied:
1. Please allow up to 14 working days for delivery before emailing us at customerservices@elliegray.com or by telephoning us on
+44 (0) 870 608 08522. We will issue a Lost In Transit form that will be posted to you for you to complete, sign and return back to us.
Express Delivery
Additional £5.00 Uk delivery 24 Hour Express Service on orders placed Monday Friday, before 12pm the same day.For express delivery, where a signature is required, orders cannot be sent to a PO Box address.
Overseas orders
Should you required clarification on what happens should no one be available to receive the goods
when a signature is required, please contact Royal Mail.
Additional £12.00 We are happy to accept overseas orders. Please add an additional £12 to the standard delivery charge.
Delivery 7 - 10 working days from despatch
Please note: Local import duties may be payable upon receipt. All orders on this site
are charged in British Pounds Sterling (GBP).

We want you to be delighted with everything that you have purchased from elliegray. You can return any item for any reason within 28 days of receipt, for a full refund of exchange Please note that postage costs for returns are non-refundable.
How to return or exchange:
- Please ensure that all non-faulty items are unused and in a perfect, saleable condition. Otherwise we regret we will be unable to offer a
refund or exchange. This does not effect your statutory rights.
- Fill out the returns form enclosed with your order noting whether you would like a refund or exchange.
- Send the parcel to: elliegray customer Services, 1 Apollo Rise, Southwood, Farnborough GU14 0GT
- Take you parcel to your nearest post office. We recommend you send your returns by recorded post and always retain proof of
postage. We cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.
- We will write to confirm your return is being processed. You will receive your refund credit or exchange order (when in stock)
once the return item(s) have been received in to our warehouse. Please note that you should allow between 2 3 weeks after
you have posted the goods back to us, for your refund or exchange to be received.
- Please note that refunds for items bought as presents can only be given to the original customer and if you decide to exchange an item,
we cannot prevent the customer from knowing.
Legal Statement on Returns
If you return an item wintin 28 days, it will be taken as a cancellation of your order, or relevant part of your order.
Goods are provided to you on approval and legal title to the goods will not pass to you until the 28-day post-delivery period has expired.
On receipt of the returned goods, elliegray will provide a full refund of teh amount paid for the goods (postage costs however, are
non-refundable) or an exchange credit as requested. However, you must return the goods to elliegray on cancellation in order
to receive a full refund or exchange. When returning goods on which you have received a discount/offer, that discount/offer will no
longer apply if you fall below the discount/offer threshold and the refund will be adjusted accordingly.
